He has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and transactions exceeding $100M, and delivering exceptional ROI. He possesses strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

José is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the iGaming industry, particularly in online bingo and casino operations. His expertise spans various areas, including customer support, online/affiliate promotions, marketing, software integration, risk management, compliance, and finance, in different jurisdictions including Malta, Antigua, Curaçao, and more. Having worked extensively across North American and European online gambling markets, he has overseen the daily operations of several companies, directed marketing strategies, and managed customer retention efforts. His career includes leadership roles in corporate services and online gaming platform development.

Anup has over 30 years of gaming experience, specifically in C-Gaming, S-Gaming, I-Gaming, On-line Lotteries, and Instant Tickets. He obtained security clearance from organizations such as AGCO, ACLC, OLG, AGCC and the Government of Canada – Level 2 (Secret).  As Executive Director of International Business Development at Canadian Bank Note  (CBN), he founded and managed the Charitable Gaming Division and secured multiple long-term lottery contracts.  He owns his own technology company, where he conceptualized and developed an IGaming system to the exacting standards of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and a real-money Skill-based gaming system.

Neil has over 40 years of gaming experience and is a highly experienced marketing executive in the Asian region. He held the position of Senior Vice President of International Business at Crown Casino in Perth, Australia for 13 years. He is also the Co-Founder and angel investor of GameWorkz, an online Social Gaming Platform provider. In addition to this Neil was the Chief Business Development Officer for Avantage Entertainment, an innovative online live casino Baccarat game derivative.

Patrick earned his degree in Illustration & Design from Montreal's Dawson College art program. He worked as a graphic designer for many years, first as an employee and then later as a self-employed entrepreneur, serving small, medium, and large businesses such as CN Rail, Bombardier, and Johnson & Johnson. Throughout his career, he’s also managed art departments, art-directed photo shoots, and small teams to help create and deliver finished products. Just before the millennium, he set his sights on a freelance career and founded his own graphic design studio. In 2016, still active with his own studio, he joined the team at YPR Canada, a Social Media Amplification and Marketing company.

Lasath is a highly skilled Software Architect with over 17 years of experience in designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. Specializing in enterprise-grade applications, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and modern software development practices. Known for exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform business requirements into robust technical designs while leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
